1) Moments-freezing device (Highly recommended, though free photo-taking is provided)

3) An extra set of clothings (Two sets recommended for those staying over)
4) Toiletries such as towels, shower foam, toothbrush/paste etc. (U may arrange to share some items with your friends)

Release of 2011 PSLE Results and 2011 Secondary One Posting Exercise

SINGAPORE: The Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) results will be out on Thursday, 24 November 2011.

The Ministry of Education (MOE) said pupils can get their result slips from their schools from noon.

On the same day, eligible pupils will also receive their option forms to select secondary schools.

Parents can make their selections from noon on Thursday till 3pm on 30 November 2011.

They can do so through the MOE Secondary One Posting website via MOE's website.

Alternatively, parents may submit their child's secondary school options through their child's primary school.

The S1 posting results will be released on Wednesday, 21 December 2011.

Pupils are to report to the secondary schools they are posted to on Thursday, 22 December 2011 at 8.30 am.

MOE added that Nan Chiau High School, which has been designated a Special Assistance Plan school from January next year, will admit only Express course students offering Chinese or Higher Chinese as a Mother Tongue Language.

And two more schools - Victoria School and Cedar Girls - will take in their first batch of Secondary 1 students in the six-year integrated programme.

A game not for the weak-hearted. >_<

The Marshmallows vs The Gummies. (",)

This is an annual game that I play after PSLE since 2007. Excluding 2008, this is the 4th year. I often wonder how long this tradition can continue.

It all started with Mr Muz and his class on a particular day in 2007. From there, I discovered its therapeutic effect. It is a fun yet powerful stress reliever. When the pressure gets too overwhelming, we need to unwind and relax. Dodgeball not only helps to reduce the tension in us, it also allows our body to enjoy a complete workout.

While a couple of boys expressed their fear of getting hit (by the soft doink doink ball) and hence backing out by absenting themselves from school, everyone, especially the girls, has shown remarkable resilience and high threshold for pain (in the muscles). I enjoy the game thoroughly. What about u?
